FETA CHEESE

Join Dawn Kay as she teaches you make  feta cheese. This versatile cheese is truly a way to keep the seasons’ fresh milk in cheese form.  Using the cheese making basics, we take this cheese to the next stage by storing it in brine.Be prepared to take what you make home, and give it some time the next day.
Please bring a one litre sealed container (Tupperware) to take the cheese home in.
